Rubenstein Law is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our fast-paced and successful Litigation Department in Miami, FL. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work alongside a team of attorneys and make a difference in the lives of personal injury victims. As a Paralegal at Rubenstein Law, you will play a crucial role in enforcing and defending clients' legal rights by drafting legal documents, managing deadlines, and providing excellent support to the team.

Job Summary

As a Paralegal at Rubenstein Law, you will work closely with attorneys to manage a caseload from initial filing through trial and post-trial. Your responsibilities will include drafting legal documents, managing deadlines, communicating with clients and other legal professionals, and assisting with trial preparation. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Manage a caseload from initial filing through trial and post-trial
- Draft and file legal documents in State and Federal court
- Communicate with team members, clients, and other legal professionals
- Schedule and calendar meetings, hearings, and other litigation-related proceedings
- Assist with trial preparation
- Data entry in firm management system

Qualifications and Skills

- 2+ years of Personal Injury Litigation experience preferred, but not required
- Paralegal certificate is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision
- Knowledge of State and Federal court procedures and rules
- Familiar with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
