Attorneys participate in all aspects of litigation, from interviewing clients to assisting with trials, depositions, hearings, and mediations. Attorneys have extensive client contact, participate in case development and strategy, and serve an integral role in our cases. We also nurture the attorneys’ professional development by encouraging them to attend seminars and trainings, seek out opportunities for publication, and become active in professional organizations focused on employment law and civil rights.
