Attorneys participate in all aspects of litigation, from interviewing clients to assisting with trials, depositions, hearings, and mediations. Attorneys have extensive client contact, participate in case development and strategy, and serve an integral role in our cases. We also nurture the attorneys’ professional development by encouraging them to attend seminars and trainings, seek out opportunities for publication, and become active in professional organizations focused on employment law and civil rights.

Qualification and Experience Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in plaintiff-side employment litigation, including demonstrated experience with discovery and motions practice in state and federal courts and the EEOC, and must be admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
