The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, commercial contract drafting, and other related business matters. This is a hybrid remote position located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

As a Corporate Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

- Drafting and negotiating important transaction documents for M&A deals
- Conducting legal research and providing legal advice to clients
- Assisting with commercial contract drafting and negotiations
- Collaborating with team members and clients to ensure successful outcomes
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulations

To be considered for this position, candidates must be admitted, or eligible for admission, to the Minnesota Bar. Additionally, a strong academic background, superior drafting and research skills, and experience with technology transactions are preferred.
