# Employment Paralegal - Hoffman Law Firm

Hoffman Law Firm is looking to fill an immediate opening for an Employment Paralegal. The ideal candidate would have an ABA Paralegal Certificate, along with an undergraduate degree. Experience is preferred but not necessary. Detail-oriented and good communication skills are a must.

## Job Duties

The job duties of an Employment Paralegal include, but are not limited to:

* Completing various employment-based immigration filings
* Reviewing, organizing, and summarizing depositions and discovery records
* Drafting basic discovery, subpoenas, and pleadings
* Arranging service of process
* Reviewing and organizing document production
* Scheduling depositions
* Drafting employee handbooks and other employment policies
* Coordination with expert witnesses
* Conducting legal research and e-filing
