As an Employment Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for defending and litigating lawsuits involving a wide range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination. You will also have the opportunity to advise, counsel, and train employers on various employment and labor law issues.

Responsibilities:
- Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination
- Advise, counsel, and train employers on various employment and labor law issues
- Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in employment matters
- Handle class/collective actions and cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract disputes, employment torts, and non-compete agreements

Requirements:
- JD from an ABA accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
- At least 4 years of experience in employment or commercial litigation
- Strong background in employment law preferred
- Current FL Bar admission in good standing
- Familiarity with current agency procedures at both state and federal levels
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork
