Patent Agent – Engineering Job Description:

H1: Join the Patents and Innovations Group at Wilson Sonsini as a Patent Agent – Engineering
H2: Work with top US and international clients in all aspects of patent prosecution

- Evaluate invention disclosures and prepare patent applications
- Collaborate with patent attorneys across all offices
- Conduct landscape studies and analyze third party patents
- Receive formal and informal training and mentorship
- Work in a diverse, collaborative and high-performance culture
- Prioritize work-life balance, mentoring, training and professional development
- Must be qualified to sit for the USPTO patent bar
- LSAT and imminent plans to attend law school strongly preferred
