Job Description:

As a Junior-Mid Level Benefits Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most recognizable and iconic brands in the world. Our Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation group is regarded as one of the most sophisticated and full-service practices, serving clients nationally and globally. We handle a wide range of benefits and compensation issues and have advised on cutting-edge developments that have impacted national policy.

The ideal candidate will have at least two to four years of benefits experience in private practice, with knowledge of qualified retirement plans, health & welfare plans, and executive & deferred compensation arrangements. Experience in M&A, ERISA litigation, and withdrawal liability is a plus. Strong writing, oral advocacy, communication, and legal analysis skills are essential, as well as the ability to work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
