Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with all aspects of litigation preparation and trial, including deposition and discovery preparation, pre-trial compliance, and post-trial proceedings.
- Review, analyze, and draft various court pleadings and documents, including discovery requests and responses.
- Organize and maintain case documents, including creating organizational systems and preparing annotated binders.
- Cite-check and blue-book briefs and prepare exhibits.
- Stay up-to-date on court filing procedures, local rules, and individual practices of judges.

Experience and Education Qualifications:

- Associate's degree or Paralegal Certification required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in Litigation.
- Legal experience in a non-paralegal capacity may be considered.
