Advice to law firm management:
Get ready to put in work from day one, and get ready to make an excellent impression. This firm gives you the chance to really make a name for yourself if you are willing to put in the time and effort to earn that respect.

Pros:
There is a plethora of networking contacts here, and you will get to know some of the top legal minds in the area. That kind of contact list cannot be bought. You will want to make the most of this chance to get to know the top talent.

Cons:
As with most law firms, there is stiff competition for billable hours and for salary. You might find you'll make more money elsewhere. You might also find that your client list is not as long as you'd like here.

Advice to law firm management:
HR or management needs to be more open to criticism and improve the faults within the system. Some have left because of it.

Pros:
I worked here since I started in the field, and all my teammates have been bright and top of the line as far as work ethic.

Cons:
HR doesn't seem to be open to critic as far as other teams or groups within the business is concerned.
