Experienced Labor and Employment Attorney The candidates must have a self-sufficient book of portable business (ideally $400,000+) as well as a demonstrated drive and the potential for additional business generation. The candidates will have the opportunity to take advantage of a well-developed national platform as well as a supportive local office base to expand his/her/their existing client base. Candidates must be admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction where they reside and their license must be active and in good standing. Must be experienced Labor & Employment attorneys. Should have Significant experience in the practice area of Management Labor and Employment Law for businesses of all stages and sizes in a national or localized practice; our L & E team provides advice and litigation services regarding all issues in the workplace, including, but not limited to, employee relations, HR Management, related policy development, and implementation, staff and management training, employment agreements, and state and federal law compliance and litigation in labor and employment. Well-rounded experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Title VII, ADA, DOL, OWPA, OSHA, Wage and Hour, ERISA, FCRA, FMLA, OFCCP, WARN Act, cannabis-related employment issues, leave issues, business planning, policy drafting, workers' compensation, immigration, regulatory compliance, auditing, traditional labor and litigation, and advice in these areas is a plus, however, specialists in separate areas of labor and employment law are also welcome.
