Job Summary Law Firm's New York office is seeking a Paralegal Program Coordinator to join our Practice Services Department. In this role, you will support the Paralegal Program Manager in various administrative tasks and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department. Essential Job Functions - Track and monitor attendance, approve time off requests, and review and process contract paralegal and attorney time - Maintain Paralegal Program Excel workbook and provide support for the annual review process - Assist with coordinating short-term paralegal and junior paralegal assignments and monitor use of work spaces - Answer phones and respond to inquiries, act as primary contact for vendors, and handle new hire coordination efforts - Provide logistical support for training programs and maintain training materials - Walk floors to build relationships with paralegal and junior paralegal teams and assist with office move logistics Qualifications & Requirements - Relevant experience in a mid to large size law firm, professional service firm, or corporate/financial organization preferred - In-depth knowledge of paralegal support services and processes in a legal or corporate/financial environment - Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with attorneys, staff, and clients - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize assignments - Responsive, proactive, and able to provide excellent customer service in a professional manner - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Work Environment This is a full-time position that operates in a professional office environment.
