This position is focused on our capital markets and securities law practice, specifically in the transportation industry. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate transactions, with a strong emphasis on debt and equity capital markets transactions. The ideal candidate will also have experience in disclosure, corporate governance, and SEC and stock exchange reporting and compliance matters. This position requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced transactional environment. The salary range for this position is $235,000 - $390,000, with actual pay varying based on factors such as location and experience.
