Law Firm Seeking Patent Specialist with Minimum 2 Years Experience

In this role, you will provide support on US patent prosecution and patent matters, with a focus on US and PCT filings, deadline management, and special projects. You will work closely with attorneys, patent specialists, and clients, and will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and filing patent applications and responses, as well as managing dockets and deadlines. Your excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as your ability to work independently and prioritize assignments, will be key in this role.

We also offer hybrid work schedules, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work days. The pay range for this position is to per hour, depending on location.

To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of two years experience as a patent prosecution paralegal, legal secretary, or in a comparable position, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal environment. You should also have experience with electronic filing procedures and a strong knowledge of USPTO and PCT rules and procedures. Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and other internet research tools, is also required.
