Law Firm Seeking Patent Specialist with Minimum 2 Years Experience Are you a patent specialist with a minimum of two years experience in patent prosecution? As a Patent Specialist at our firm, you will be part of a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. In this role, you will provide support on US patent prosecution and patent matters, with a focus on US and PCT filings, deadline management, and special projects. You will work closely with attorneys, patent specialists, and clients, and will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and filing patent applications and responses, as well as managing dockets and deadlines. Your excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as your ability to work independently and prioritize assignments, will be key in this role. We also offer hybrid work schedules, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work days. The pay range for this position is to per hour, depending on location. You should also have experience with electronic filing procedures and a strong knowledge of USPTO and PCT rules and procedures. Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and other internet research tools, is also required.
