Salary Information:

Job Description:

- Prepare and draft legal documents for filing and correspondence
- Draft pleadings and motions, including judgments and orders
- Correspond with attorneys, court personnel, and clients
- Interview witnesses and prepare them to testify
- Ensure accuracy of all prepared documents
- Appear in court promptly for assigned cases
- Handle all aspects of assigned cases
- Conduct legal research for specific issues


Experience Information:
