· Advise clients on compliance with labor and employment laws

· Conduct legal research, draft motions, and pleadings for court and administrative agency proceedings

· Educate clients on new labor and employment laws that may impact their business

· Defend and litigate employment-related claims and agency charges, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and breach of contract

· Prepare for trial by taking and defending depositions, conducting written discovery, and other case preparation

· Draft briefs, plans, position statements, and dispositive motions

· Counsel clients on creating effective employment policies, work rules, and related agreements

Requirements:

· Pennsylvania law license

· Degree from an accredited law school

· Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
