Cipriani & Werner PC is a growing multidisciplinary law firm located in Iselin, NJ. We are seeking full-time litigation defense Associates with NJ jury trial experience. The successful candidates must be self-motivated, independent thinkers with exceptional attention to detail, time management, organizational, and writing/communication skills. They should also have the ability to work as part of a team in a high-volume fast-paced work environment.

Job Title: Litigation Defense Associate
Location: Iselin, NJ
Employment Type: Full-Time Regular

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in litigation and legal proceedings
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
- Participate in strategy meetings and case evaluations
- Attend court hearings and trials
- Manage and prioritize workload

Requirements:
- JD degree from an ABA-approved law school
- Active license in good standing in New Jersey, New York license a plus
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- NJ jury trial experience required
