Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, ., a multi-office national law firm, is seeking a full-time Paralegal for our Miami, FL office. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced paralegal to join a dynamic and growing firm with a competitive salary and benefits package.

As a Paralegal at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, ., you will primarily support attorneys with insurance defense litigation. This is a hands-on position that involves working collaboratively with clients and employees of the firm. Your responsibilities will include organizing and analyzing documentary evidence, drafting correspondence and other written documents, conducting legal research, and communicating with clients and witnesses.

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 2 years of prior paralegal experience assisting attorneys with insurance defense litigation matters. Experience with subpoenas and responding to discovery is also required. Advanced computer skills, critical thinking abilities, and strong communication and organizational skills are essential. A paralegal certificate is a plus.

The physical demands of this position are mostly sedentary, but occasional standing, walking, and reaching may be required. You may also need to lift supplies and materials up to 20 pounds. This job is primarily located in an indoor office environment with varying noise levels.
