Winston & Strawn, a leading law firm in New York, is currently seeking an associate with two to four years of experience in executive compensation and benefits. This is a great opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Employee Benefits Department and work on a variety of high-profile cases. The ideal candidate will have experience in executive compensation plans and programs, labor and employment matters, employment agreements, and executive compensation aspects of mergers and acquisitions. This is a full-time position and all candidates must be admitted to the New York Bar.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the design, implementation, and administration of executive compensation plans and programs
- Advise clients on labor and employment matters related to employee benefits
- Draft and review employment agreements, including executive compensation provisions
- Conduct due diligence and provide guidance on executive compensation aspects of mergers and acquisitions
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations in the employee benefits field

Requirements:
- Two to four years of experience in executive compensation and benefits
- Admission to the New York Bar
- Strong understanding of executive compensation plans and programs
- Familiarity with labor and employment laws and regulations
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Disclosure:
- Salary range for this position is $150,000 to $190,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
