Patent Agent The candidate will be working with the firm’s clients in all aspects of patent prosecution, including in evaluating invention disclosures, preparing and prosecuting patent applications, conducting landscape studies including analyzing third party patents. Backgrounds in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, material sciences, electrical engineering, computer science, bioinformatics, AI and machine learning, digital health, bioengineering, or bio mechanical engineering is required. Previous law firm or industry experience is a plus.
