Are you an experienced finance and restructuring attorney looking for a new opportunity? Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking a highly qualified associate with three to five years of experience to join our Finance & Restructuring group in our Minneapolis office. In this role, you will have the chance to work on a diverse range of corporate finance transactions, including senior debt, asset based lending, cash flow, syndicated corporate lending, project finance, sponsor finance, unitranche and mezzanine transactions.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of corporate finance experience at a large law firm
- Admission to the Minnesota bar or the ability to become admitted
- Strong communication and writing skills
