Law Firm Seeking Associate for Labor & Employment Department

Cozen O'Connor is currently seeking an associate with at least three years of experience in employment law for our Labor & Employment Department. We have open positions in both our Santa Monica and San Francisco offices. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented attorney to join our growing team and work with some of the top practitioners in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Litigate wrongful termination cases and employee unfair competition/trade secrets disputes
- Handle wage and hour class actions, discrimination, disability accommodation, and sexual harassment lawsuits
- Represent management before arbitrators and the NLRB in labor matters
- Advise clients on state, local, and federal laws and regulations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to prevent litigation

Requirements:

- Minimum of three years of experience practicing employment law
- Preferably experience in labor law, but not required
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong academic record
- Active membership in the California Bar
