Legal Analyst - Law Enforcement: A Dynamic Opportunity with ZG Subpoena Solutions

ZG Subpoena Solutions (ZGSS) is a rapidly growing company in the legal industry, providing customized solutions for business processes such as legal process compliance and third-party requests for access to user data. We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Legal Analyst to join our team in responding to third-party requests for client data. This is a full-time, partially remote position based in Chicago, Illinois, with a competitive salary range of $45, - $60, per year, plus a discretionary bonus.

Responsibilities of a Legal Analyst:

- Understand and apply relevant laws related to legal demands for user data.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of ZGSS workflow and escalate to a supervising attorney when necessary.
- Respond to requests for client data from law enforcement and other third parties according to client policies, processes, and applicable law.
- Collaborate with team members to improve internal and client processes.
- Accurately record time worked using our dedicated payroll and client billing systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Associate's degree or higher preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ideally 2+ years of relevant experience in legal or compliance field.
- Able to handle sensitive issues maturely and professionally.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficient in computer systems and internet technology.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and be willing to apply for a . government security clearance and/or pass a drug test if requested.
