Law Firm Seeking Experienced Subrogation Paralegal - $75,000-$100,000 Salary Range

Cozen O'Connor, a leading law firm with over 30 offices, is currently seeking an experienced Subrogation Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a plaintiff-oriented practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, including knowledge of state and federal courts, rules of civil procedure, and e-filing. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:

- Analyze and summarize damages
- Draft complaints, motions, and discovery documents
- Manage case files, deadlines, and calendars
- Coordinate scene examinations, testing, and depositions
- Review financial and business records
- Prepare FOIA requests
- Conduct witness investigations
- Assist with trial and deposition preparation
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate required
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong computer and technology skills
