The candidate will handle all aspects of many types of family law matters, from initial client consultation to final resolution of the case. Must have 2+ years of family law experience, preferably more; specifically, experience in contested marital dissolutions, custody disputes, child support modifications, post-decree disputes, and related areas. Should be highly professional team players with strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) a client service orientation, and a track record of managing an active family law caseload. Should be licensed to practice law in the state of Minnesota. Must have excellent academic credentials, research, writing, analytical, and communication skills (written and verbal). Should have strong computer skills, with knowledge of and commitment to utilizing technology. Must have ability to work well under pressure, multi-task efficiently and be an independent thinker. Should have strong project management skills. Ability and willingness to identify ways to improve Family Law Team’s Best Practices is preferred. Foreign language proficiency is preferred.
