Job Title: Director, Paralegals Experience: Minimum of 10 years of legal and/or paraprofessional experience, including 5 years of managerial experience Salary: Expected range between $171,800 - $280,100 Location: Los Angeles or New York (Hybrid workplace) Overview Foley & Lardner, a leading law firm, is seeking a Director of Paralegals to oversee the firm's paraprofessional program across all three law departments - Business Law, Intellectual Property, and Litigation. This role will involve strategic planning, management of recruitment and training, performance evaluation, and compensation for the paraprofessional team.
