The Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Litigation Associate to join their team in San Francisco, CA. As a trusted leader in labor and employment law since 1958, the firm's 950+ attorneys are dedicated to providing proactive strategies and solutions for their clients to cultivate high-functioning and diverse workforces.

The successful candidate will have a JD from an ABA accredited law school with excellent academic credentials, 4-6 years of experience in employment law, and current CA Bar admission in good standing. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of current agency procedures and excellent written and oral communication skills.

In this role, the Associate will be responsible for defending and litigating lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges. They will also have the opportunity to advise, counsel, and train employers on various employment and labor law issues, as well as represent employers in court, arbitration, and administrative proceedings.

The firm offers a competitive salary range of $208,000-$225,000, with actual compensation determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law. This is a full-time hybrid position, with the opportunity for remote work.
