- Draft and review employment contracts, including separation agreements, non-competes, and executive employment agreements
- Provide employment counseling and transactional due diligence services
- Lead EEO charge responses with minimal oversight
- Handle employment litigation, including wage and hour, discrimination, and non-competition cases

Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of employment law experience
- Active Minnesota law license or eligibility to become admitted to the Minnesota bar
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent academic record
- Interpersonal skills and maturity to handle challenging workload
- Commitment to client service
