Job Title: Patent Agent – Engineering
Salary: $145,000 - $210,000
Experience: Previous law firm or industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

Evaluate invention disclosures
Prepare and prosecute patent applications
Conduct landscape studies including analyzing third party patents
Collaborate with patent attorneys and receive formal and informal training and mentorship
Work with attorneys across offices and serve US and international clients
Value diverse perspectives, collaboration, and high-performance
Respect work-life balance and prioritize mentoring, training, and professional development

Qualifications:

Qualified to sit for the USPTO patent bar
Required to take and pass the exam prior to starting at the firm
LSAT and imminent plans to attend law school strongly preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range of $145,000 – $210,000, based on step level
