Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on compliance with labor laws at the federal, state, and local level
- Represent clients before government agencies
- Handle lawsuits involving employment-related issues
- Develop strategies to minimize legal risks for employers
- Draft and review employment contracts
- Assist in the development of company policies and procedures
- Provide guidance on workplace issues
- Stay updated on labor and employment laws, precedents, and trends

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the New York State Bar
- 2-5 years of experience in labor & employment law
- Litigation experience preferred
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively
- Proficiency in legal research tools and technology

Salary Range: $100,000 – $130,000 per year
