Job Responsibilities:

- Review, develop, and monitor internal processes for compliance with client, legal, and regulatory requirements
- Create and transmit call monitoring reports to clients
- Monitor agent calls for compliance
- Report allegations of fraud, disputes, and complaints to clients
- Conduct regular compliance checks on legal processes
- Review and audit legal documents

Qualifications:

- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Excel and all Microsoft Office products
- Strong self and time management skills
- Experience with Pivot Tables and consistent use of Excel preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred, associate's degree required

Physical Functions:

- Ability to remain in a stationary position for majority of time
- Regular verbal and written communication
- Some walking and standing when interacting with others

Work Environment:

- Desk job in well-lit, air-conditioned office with moderate noise levels
