Position: Civil Litigation Associate Attorney - Medical Malpractice
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
Salary: Competitive with Bonus Plan
Experience: 5+ years of experience defending civil litigation cases

Responsibilities:
- Defend medical malpractice cases in court
- Manage case load efficiently and effectively
- Conduct legal research and writing
- Communicate with clients and other professionals in a professional manner
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Represent the firm in a positive and professional manner

Qualifications:

- Strong work ethic and proven med mal case management skills
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Exceptional research and writing skills
- Top-notch marketing and client development skills
- Ability to travel
- Competent computer skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Trial experience is a plus
