Law Firm is seeking a Health Care Special Counsel for its Washington, DC office. This is a non-partnership track position with potential for part-time schedules.

The successful candidate should have at least five years of law firm experience or equivalent industry experience with a health plan or payer. Knowledge of the health care industry and government health care programs (., Medicare, Medicaid) is required, as is experience with health care transactions (., contract drafting and interpretation) and/or regulatory counseling on federal health care laws (., HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, ACA). Knowledge of drug pricing, pharmacy benefit managers, and the drug supply chain is preferred.
