Job Title: Intellectual Property Consulting Counsel
Location: Washington, DC
Practice Area: Intellectual Property - Patent Litigation
Experience: Six plus years of patent litigation experience; open to learning trademark litigation
Education: Background in biology, chemistry, chemical engineering, or life sciences preferred

Responsibilities:
- Managing patent litigation cases throughout the entire lifecycle
- Pre-trial analysis
- Discovery matters/disputes
- Taking and defending depositions
- Working with experts and their reports
- Court hearings
- Trial

Requirements:
- Six plus years of patent litigation experience
- Open to learning trademark litigation
- Experience in ANDA litigation a plus
- Background in biology, chemistry, chemical engineering, or life sciences preferred
- Excellent academic credentials and references

Salary:
- Hourly consulting position
- Expected rate of $150 to $250 per hour
- Actual rate based on skills, experience, and other job-related factors
