Job Title:
Litigation Paralegal at Premier Personal Injury Law Firm in Ocala, FL

Salary Information:
$45,000-$55,000 per year

Experience:
3+ years as a Litigation Paralegal in Personal Injury law

Overview:

- Seeking a skilled and motivated Paralegal to assist with all phases of the litigation process

Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-claim investigations and legal research
- Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents
- Perform administrative duties such as calendar management and organizing case files
- Assist with federal and state administrative filings
- Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes
- Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices
- Prepare for trials and arbitrations, including managing trial exhibits
- Aid attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests
- Gather information from various sources, including legal research tools
- Liaise between trial teams and internal/external third parties
- Help with voir-dire, jury selection, and witness preparation
- Assist with case settlements
- Address client inquiries and provide updates on case status
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in Personal Injury law
- Familiarity with federal and state court procedures
- Knowledge of legal technology and case management software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent time-management and typing skills
- Professional presentation and adherence to company dress code
- Paralegal associates degree or relevant certification preferred
