Responsibilities:

- Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys during trials
- Maintain client relationships
- Prepare legal reports and documents
- Work closely with expert witnesses
- Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
- Collaborate with Litigation Paralegals and Case Managers

Qualifications:

- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the Florida State Bar Association
- 1+ years of Litigation experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for Personal Injury Law
- Self-starter with long-term career goals
- Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills
