**Barnes & Thornburg Seeks Patent Agent**

Barnes & Thornburg is looking to hire a Patent Agent with 3+ years of experience to join their team. This position will involve the preparation and prosecution of patent applications. Successful applicants will need to be familiar with patent law and filing procedures.

**Requirements for the position:**

- Registered to practice with the . Patent and Trademark Office
- Master's degree or . in a chemical or pharmaceutical-related science preferred
- Bachelor’s degree with substantial chemical or pharmaceutical-related industrial experience will also be considered
- Must be able to speak the language of organic chemistry
- Excellent academic achievement, good character, initiative and interpersonal skills
