The Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a national law firm, is currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our team in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Title: Litigation Paralegal
Location: San Francisco, CA
Department: Staff
Salary Range: Estimated $73K - $101K annually
Workplace Type: Hybrid

What You Will Do:

- Manage case files from start to finish, including mediation, arbitration, trial, and settlement
- Prepare subpoenas, discovery requests, and responses to discovery
- Assist with trial preparation, including witness management and exhibit preparation
- Conduct legal research and work with subject matter experts
- E-file in both State and Federal Court systems
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely responses

Qualifications:

- California Business & Professions Code §6450 qualifications and minimum of 5 years of general civil litigation experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and e-filing systems
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Experience with trial preparation and participation
- Knowledge of complex litigation
