Bullet Points:

- Work as a floater in our office, training and supporting several attorneys and case staff on rotation
- Opportunity for eventual move to highly sought Litigation Paralegal position
- Gather and analyze relevant information pertaining to injury claims
- Investigate the nature and facts of cases
- Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents to file with the court
- Prepare documents and correspondence necessary to reach a settlement in each case
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work with multiple employees within the organization
- Extensive expertise in computer programs, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite
