The Legal Assistant will provide administrative support to two or more lawyers and will be responsible for the following:

Prepare and/or proofread legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, opinions, complaints, administrative decisions, orders, etc.
Maintain an accurate case record system including keeping contacts and case material up to date.
File legal documents with various local courts.
Facilitate the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and provide timely reminders.
Schedule depositions, client meetings, and maintain all attorney calendars.
