Quarles & Brady LLP, a prestigious Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking a highly skilled Business Law Associate with a focus on franchise transactions. This position is available in multiple locations, including Indianapolis, Milwaukee, Naples, Tucson, Madison, Minneapolis, Phoenix, Tampa, and Washington . The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in transactional law, with a strong academic background, excellent organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both legal and non-legal professionals.

The Business Law Associate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of franchise-related transactions and will be expected to handle a high volume of work with efficiency and accuracy. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review franchise agreements, disclosure documents, and other related agreements
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis and recommendations to clients
- Work closely with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure the success of franchise transactions
- Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns or issues
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the job

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in transactional law, with a focus on franchise transactions preferred
- Excellent academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Strong organizational, drafting, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both legal and non-legal professionals
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work
- Admitted to practice law in the state of employment
