Paralegal with Corporate Transactional Experience in Portland, OR Stoel Rives LLP is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal with Corporate Transactional experience to join our team in Portland, OR. In this role, you will work closely with our attorneys and clients to deliver exceptional legal services and manage various transactional tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Drafting and preparing various legal documents including agreements, certificates, financing documents, and more - Conducting research and analysis on legal sources - Maintaining and updating corporate records and minute books - Communicating regularly with attorneys and clients regarding project status and deadlines - Managing inventory of closed transaction documentation and locating applicable precedent - Training incoming associates and summer associates in corporate formation and governance - Supervising case assistants and junior paralegals Position Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a Paralegal certificate preferred - At least 10 years of experience in corporate transactional law, with a strong knowledge of Mergers and Acquisitions and Project Finance Transactions - Ability to work longer hours when necessary, including during peak workload periods and fast-moving transactions - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and external vendors Stoel Rives Offers: - Competitive salary range of $83,000 - $139,000, based on market location and candidate experience - Annual discretionary bonus - Comprehensive benefits package, including paid family & medical leave, competitive PTO, and remote work options - Robust medical, dental, and vision insurance options - Generous firm-contributed health savings account - Pre-tax transportation/parking plan with employer subsidy - Annual contribution into employee's retirement plan About Stoel Rives LLP: Stoel Rives LLP is a leading . corporate and litigation law firm with a strong focus on energy, natural resources, environmental and climate change law.
