Littler Mendelson . is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 5 years of labor and employment law experience to join its New Haven office. The successful candidate will be licensed to practice law in Connecticut and have a strong knowledge of labor and employment law.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on labor and employment law matters.

  • Negotiate and draft labor and employment contracts.

  • Represent clients in labor and employment litigation.

  • Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

  • Conduct legal research and provide written legal opinions.

  • Provide internal training and education on labor and employment law topics.



Requirements:

  • Admission to the Connecticut Bar.

  • At least 5 years of experience practicing labor and employment law.

  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.



Salary and Benefits
