- Consists of over 65 lawyers across the firm's . offices
- Involved in a wide range of transactions, including development, financing, purchases and sales, partnerships, and leasing

- Primary focus on representing real estate developers, owners, users, and institutions in the Washington metropolitan region

Responsibilities:
- Work on a variety of real estate transactions, including commercial, residential, hotel, and mixed-use projects
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents
- Conduct due diligence and research
- Communicate with clients and other parties involved in the transactions
- Work closely with partners and senior associates on complex matters

Requirements:

- Excellent academic credentials and references
- Strong writing skills
- Currently licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice in Washington, DC
