The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and Paralegal certification, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm setting. This role will involve assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation cases, including trial preparation and eDiscovery. Salary Information: - Competitive compensation - Excellent benefits package Job Title: - Products Liability Paralegal Experience Information: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and Paralegal certification required - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal within a law firm - Trial experience, including exhibit preparation, witness preparation and management, and experience working with judicial assistants and trial presentation vendors Duties & Responsibilities: - Assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation cases - Organizing and maintaining case-related materials - Assisting with the discovery process - Conducting document reviews and preparing documentation - Assisting with law and motion practice - Performing cite checking and proofreading - Assisting with trial preparation - Maintaining timely and accurate timekeeping records - Other department activities as needed Skills & Competencies: - Professional communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of personnel - Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and under pressure - Excellent client service skills and ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously - Flexibility to work off-site and respond quickly to shifting demands Qualifications & Prior Experience: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and Paralegal certification - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal within a law firm - Trial experience and proficiency with E-filing and litigation support applications - Exceptional computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly Greenberg Traurig is an Equal Opportunity Employer and committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
