Job Summary:

The Remote Employee Relations Partner will provide consultation to managers and employees on employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and analyze data to identify trends. They will also provide guidance on policies and procedures to minimize legal liability for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily administration of reported concerns and conduct investigations in accordance with company policies and regulations
- Partner with operational management and HR teams to resolve complex employee relations issues

- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
