Law Firm Seeking Experienced Medical Malpractice Paralegal

Overview:
Cipriani & Werner PC, a multidisciplinary law firm, is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a full-time Medical Malpractice Paralegal in our Harrisburg office. This position will be responsible for supporting attorneys in all aspects of medical malpractice cases, including scheduling depositions and medical exams, preparing legal documents, and conducting legal research.

Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate depositions and defense medical exams
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Manage case calendars and docketing deadlines
- Review and analyze medical records
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws and precedents
- Assist with trial and hearing preparation

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required, Associate's degree and paralegal certificate preferred
- 2+ years of experience in medical malpractice, insurance defense, personal injury litigation, or Workers' Compensation litigation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and case management software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
