Lewis Roca, a top-ranked commercial law firm, is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant with IP experience to join our team in San Francisco.

About the Role:
As a Legal Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to three attorneys in our San Francisco office. Your responsibilities will include document preparation, client interaction, and managing deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft, format, and proofread documents with attention to detail
- Maintain data and documents in compliance with firm policies
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of documents
- Manage and monitor deadlines
- Submit E-Court filings
- Transcribe legal documents
- Review and edit documents for accuracy
- Maintain client files and document binders
- Interact with clients to provide updates and information
- Proactively manage projects and deadlines
- Develop positive relationships with clients and colleagues
- Maintain confidentiality of client matters
- Manage timekeeper schedules and calendars
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Serve as primary point of contact for office maintenance

Office Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for building management and vendors
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs
- Work with Office Managing Partner for local events and initiatives

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of legal secretary/assistant experience in a law firm
- Above average proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Experience with electronic and paper file management
- Excellent proofreading, editing, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under minimal supervision
- Familiarity with firm policies and procedures
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
- Strong time management and project management skills
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a busy practice
- Professional demeanor and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Knowledge of when to triage problems and when to engage others

Salary Information:
- Pay rate: $75,000 - $95,000 per year
- Compensation may vary based on qualifications and experience
