Order medical records from providers, obtain documents necessary to support injury and/or liability positions, interact with insurance carriers and healthcare providers, negotiate case settlements, maintain organized case files, prepare legal documents, conduct legal research and factual investigation, prepare discovery documents, draft and server summons, coordinate and summarize depositions, prepare trial binders and exhibits, e-file all court documents, communications with clients, court, counsel, and others.
Associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience (preferred), completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program (preferred).
