Mid- to Senior-level Patent Litigation Associate The candidate will draft pleadings, motions, memoranda and correspondence for use in state and federal court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings. Draft and respond to complex discovery requests. Confer, negotiate, and communicate with opposing counsel. Prepare for, defend, and conduct depositions. Prepare for trial, including preparing exhibit lists, evidentiary objections, motions in limine and witness preparation. Prepare Federal Circuit appeal briefs and supervise and train junior associates.
