Law Firm Seeks Environmental & Energy Paralegal with Strong Litigation Experience

We are currently seeking an Environmental & Energy Paralegal to join our busy practice in either our Buffalo or Albany office. In this role, you will play a key part in case management, including drafting legal documents, managing filings, and participating in trials. This is a hands-on position that requires the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

If you have a Bachelor's degree or certification in Paralegal Studies and at least three years of experience in litigation and/or environmental & energy law, we want to hear from you!

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $58,000 and $71,200, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Case management, including drafting legal documents, managing filings, and participating in trials
- Conducting research and analysis in environmental and energy law
- Maintaining communication with internal and external clients
- Providing excellent customer service and support

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or certification in Paralegal Studies
- Minimum of three years of full-time experience in litigation and/or environmental & energy law
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service skills
